At SMLLA, our goal is to provide managers and coaches with the tools necessary to be successful coaching the youth of our community. Coach training, safe haven and first aid are mandatory requirements dictated by Little League and The City of San Mateo. No training = no field badge = no field access.
Do not procrastinate. Get your volunteer forms turned in and plan on attending one of the 4 coaching clinics offered. Details can be found here. Additionally, listed below are links to sites that have information, training drills and tips for coaching youth baseball. If you know of others that should be added, please email the webmaster with your suggestions.
