Picture Day 2025

When: Saturday, February 22nd

Where: Trinta Park (South Field)

Time(s): Refer to the Picture Day schedule for your team's time slot.

How it Works:  Attached is the “Pre-Pay” flyer. In order to receive the FREE memory mate (team picture w/ Individual player photo) each family must subscribe to the online gallery by entering their phone number. The included memory mates will be delivered in bulk to the league for distribution at a later date. All other pictures/packages that are ordered online will be directly shipped to the address entered at checkout.

Prior to picture day, you can purchase AdvancePay credits. When the gallery goes live, you can use these credits to purchase the photos. If you AdvancePay prior to Picture Day, you will receive FREE shipping. You can still order photos even without AdvancePay but you will have to pay for Shipping.

Day of Instructions:  This year we will be utilizing the South field at Trinta for pictures.  Please plan to have your player enter through the Centerfield gate and meet up with their team/manager.  When they are finished with pictures, they will exit out of the gate in Right Field. Leslie street will be coned off as we will be utilizing this as the pick up and drop off area.  Parking will be scarce on this day, so please plan to arrive a little early and utilize the surrounding streets.  Games are being played on the North field, so feel free to hang out and watch the game while you wait for photos to finish up.  Please note SMLLA will have adult volunteers present to help direct traffic and answer questions the day of.
